unable to accept returns of panties and any items purchased on sale or
with a promo code. All gift cards are non refundable. We accept
returns shipped within 7 days of receipt of package (as long as the
items are unworn and in their original condition with the tags attached
and in original packaging). Items showing signs of use or
non-manufacturing damage will not be refunded. We recommend that you
send returns by a traceable prepaid method such as Fedex or UPS. Your
original method of payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
